Every Trocador extractor includes a 30-day money-back guarantee beginning on the delivery date. Use it for a real oil change — if it doesn't perform as described, we'll take it back.
Units that have already been used for an oil change remain eligible — this is a performance guarantee, not a like-new-only policy.
Email your order number and we'll send return instructions within one business day. No forms, no restocking fee.
Once your return is scanned by the carrier, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
If your Trocador arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days with a photo — a free replacement ships immediately, no return required in most cases.
