How quickly your Trocador leaves the warehouse, and how it reaches you.
In-stock orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central European Time (CET) ship the following business day, with a tracking link sent by email as soon as it leaves our warehouse.

A tracking number arrives by email once your order ships. Activation can take up to 24 hours — if it looks stalled on day one, that's expected, not a sign of a problem.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your local authority. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us — we'll open a claim with the carrier and send a free replacement while it's investigated.
